Anthony Marsh

Anthony Marsh

Chief Executive Officer of West Midlands Ambulance Service

Anthony started his ambulance career in 1987 and has held several senior posts, including being the longest serving Chief Ambulance Officer in the country.

Anthony holds the National Portfolio for Emergency Planning, Major Incident Response and Resilience, oversees the National Ambulance Resilience Unit and the National Ambulance Strategic Lead for JESIP, Interoperability and Counter Terrorism. In 2018, Anthony was also appointed as the NHS England National Strategic Advisor of Ambulance Services.

Anthony is a keen supporter of TASC and is proud to be invited to be one of the first national ambassadors for the charity, which does great work supporting ambulance staff in their time of need.

Tracy Nicolls

Tracy Nicholls OBE

Chief Executive of the College of Paramedics

Tracy has more than 27 years’ experience in NHS ambulance services and was the first paramedic to take a clinical board role. She has been involved with the College of Paramedics for many years and became their Chief Executive in January 2020.

Tracy is passionate about the development of the paramedic profession and she’s strongly supportive of the work to provide ways to improve their mental health and wellbeing and has long been an advocate of TASC, raising funds for their vital support to our ambulance people, regardless of their role.
