During financial difficulty even the simplest tasks, such as food shopping or paying a bill, can cause extraordinary worry and stress. At TASC, we’re here to help you get your finances back on track.
To help you handle your finances, we can provide specialist debt management advice and guidance. As well as helping you to manage your money, your dedicated caseworker can also help you receive any benefits you may be entitled to and work with your creditors to find suitable solutions.Apply for support
If you are experiencing a particularly difficult time, we may be able to support you with a financial grant. In the past we have provided grants for household bills, disability equipment and convalescent breaks, to name a few.Apply for support
Our financial wellbeing support services are available to any serving or retired ambulance staff and their close family members.
We will consider all requests for financial wellbeing support, but we can’t provide financial grants for education costs, legal costs, medical diagnostic tests and house repairs (unless there is a real health and safety risk).
If you’re not sure what benefits you’re entitled to, our Money Advisor runs a confidential Financial Wellbeing Clinic twice a week to provide free benefits checks and information on other forms of support you may be eligible for.Book your place on a Financial Wellbeing Clinic
