Access a range of online therapy modules and self-care resources, 24 hours a day with TASC’s Online Wellbeing Hub.
Visit our Online Wellbeing HubWhen you’re starting to have a bit of trouble, sometimes all it takes to get you back on track is a bit of guidance from a professional. TASC’s Online Wellbeing Hub provides information, advice, and guidance on a range of wellbeing topics to give you everything you need to practice self-care at a time and place that works for you.
Covering everything from low mood and social anxiety, to menopause and stopping smoking, the modules have been developed by qualified psychologists using evidence-based techniques.
The modules also mimic in-person sessions and can be spread over several weeks; however, you can complete them at a time that works for you.
To access the modules, just click on the link below and scroll down the page until you see ‘Online CBT’. Once registered, you’ll be able to access all the modules for up to 12 months.
Access the modulesAlongside the therapy the Online Wellbeing Hub also offers guidance, strategies, and advice on many wellbeing topics such as sleep better, healthy eating, dealing with menopause and reducing substance misuse.
