When someone passes away, it can have a devastating impact on their family, friends and colleagues. We are here to provide a helping hand during this very difficult and confusing time.
When someone dies in service, we can provide advice, guidance and bereavement counselling and a listening ear for their close family members and loved ones. We can also support the family members of ambulance staff who have recently left the service due to a terminal illness.
Apply for supportFor many in the ambulance services, your colleagues are like your extended family, and when someone dies suddenly, it can have an enormous impact on everyone. If your team has recently suffered a bereavement, TASC can provide a range of support, from information and guidance to arranging a one-off counselling drop-in day in a local setting.
