Dougie from Fauldhouse, which was an on call depot with three staff, we each had a weeks on call. I started working there after my 8 weeks at Gartloch it was a great place to work and Dougie was a great team leader and he was the L.A.M. here.
He was a very conscientious and reliable worker and many a late night was spent in their garage, which at one time was the local undertaker as well.
I counted it a pleasure privilege to having worked with him and also the other member was Tommy Hyslop.
