If you need help, call 0300 373 0898 or visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theasc.org.uk\/crisis\">www.theasc.org.uk\/crisis<\/a> to learn more.<\/p>\n<h3>TASC&#8217;s office and Wellbeing Support Team opening hours<\/h3>\n<p>In May, TASC\u2019s office and Wellbeing Support phoneline will be closed on the following days for the May bank holidays:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday 6th May<\/li>\n<li>Monday 27th May<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Outside of these times, TASC will continue to run our regular opening hours of 9am &#8211; 5pm, Monday &#8211; Friday.<\/p>\n<h4>Other places for support<\/h4>\n<p>If you need urgent support over the Easter period, the following services are also available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>call the Samaritans on 116 123<\/li>\n<li>text \u2018BLUELIGHT\u2019 to 85258<\/li>\n<li>call NHS 111 by dialling 111 from any phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or, if you are in imminent danger, please call 999.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TASC&#8217;s office will be closed for the May bank holidays.
