As an independent charity we receive no support for our core services from NHS ambulance trusts, relying solely on your generosity to deliver our life-changing support.
By raising £20,000, we could offer more support sessions, tackle our waiting list and provide crucial care to the UK’s lifesavers when they need us most!
Your old or unwanted clothes and bric-a-brac could make a world of difference to the UK’s lifesavers! It couldn’t be easier. Simply arrange for someone to come and collect your donation from your home or visit one of our banks located across the UK.
Recycle your clothingWho doesn’t love a cake or two? Gather your work colleagues, run a bake-off competition to find your star baker, and then sell the delicious treats to raise donations for TASC. Team building, great food, and supporting a charity? It’s a triple win.
Everyone donates items to make a hamper. The contents are raffled off and the proceeds are sent to TASC. Ask your colleagues, loved ones and even local businesses to donate an item or their time and then raffle off the prizes.
Not got a lot of time? A sweepstake is the perfect way to gather your friends and support our cause with minimal effort. From a ‘name the bear’ competition to ‘guess the number of sweets in a jar’, the options are endless.
TASC is the only charity dedicated to providing independent and confidential wellbeing services to our entire ambulance family. We’re there for those facing trauma, burnout, overwhelming anxiety, or just struggling to cope – especially when they don’t want to talk to their employer or feel like they have nowhere else to turn.
Demand for our services has increased by 5% in the last 12 months alone. We’re aware of the need for more but our charitable funds are stretched to the limit, and we have over 85 people in need on our waiting list.
Help us support ambulance staff by donating whatever you can for this years’ TASC’s Urgent Green Monday Appeal. £20,000 could help us tackle our waiting list and fund more support sessions to ensure our essential ambulance workers across the country can access the support they need, when they need it.
£31 could fund the cost of one hour of specialist mental health support
£45 could fund the cost of a counselling session for someone struggling with trauma.
£270 could provide a six-session tailored therapy course.
Support TASC’s Green Monday Appeal by creating your own fundraising page! It’s simple, impactful, and directly linked to our campaign.
You can share your page with, family, friends and colleagues to help raise vital funds. Gift Aid will be automatically collected, making your fundraising go even further for free, and all funds will be transferred to TASC, making your fundraising efforts seamless.

By setting up a regular gift to TASC, you can provide consistent, vital support to our TASC’s Green Monday Urgent Appeal, helping us raise the £20,000 needed to fund more support sessions for a year, allowing us to reduce our waiting list.
This will ensure that our lifesaving ambulance staff can access the support they desperately need.
As a token of our appreciation, everyone who commits to a regular gift will receive a TASC pin badge to show that you are part of the TASC family and are making a lasting difference in the lives of those in need.
Ambulance staff can be exposed to incredibly traumatic situations, and it’s estimated around 20% may experience PTSD, however repeatedly experiencing trauma can also result in Complex PTSD, a deeply troubling condition which can have a huge impact on every single area of their lives.
People with Complex PTSD need professional, specialist and long-term support. By funding a therapy course for someone experiencing long-term trauma, you can make a real life-changing difference to them and their loved ones too.
• One therapy course: £900
