As part of the grant-making trust’s ongoing support for UK charities, the Garfield Weston Foundation have given £20,000 to TASC to help fund our ongoing work for the UK ambulance community.

Ambulance staff dedicate their lives to saving others, but sometimes they themselves need help. TASC is here to support their wellbeing when they’re struggling so that they can continue to help the most vulnerable people in society.

We are incredibly grateful to the Garfield Weston Foundation for this grant which will help ensure we can continue to provide our vital mental health, physical rehabilitation and financial services.

Karl Demian, TASC’s Chief Executive Officer, said:

“I continue to be humbled by the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice our ambulance staff. At TASC we’re dedicated to being there for them so that they can continue being there for everyone else. The grant will make a vast difference to the level of support we are able to provide to the ambulance community and we’re so grateful to the Garfield Weston Foundation for their support.”
