The Ambulance Staff Crisis Phoneline opening hours
The Ambulance Staff Crisis Phoneline will remain available 24/7 throughout the festive period (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day), to offer immediate and ongoing support for UK ambulance staff experiencing suicidal thoughts.
The service is completely independent, confidential and run by qualified counsellors who have experience in supporting blue light workers. If you need help, call 0300 373 0898 or visit www.theasc.org.uk/crisis to learn more.
TASC’s office and Wellbeing Support phoneline will be closed for several days over the festive period.
Our opening hours over Christmas and New Year are:
- Monday 22nd December – Wed 24th December
Open 9am – 12:30pm - Thursday 25th December & Friday 26th December
Closed - Monday 29th December – Wednesday 31st December
Our office is closed, but our crisis line remains open 24/74 - Thursday 1st January 2026
Closed - Friday 2nd January 2026
