Cricket St Thomas Golf Club Raises Over £2,100 for TASC at Kev Mooney Memorial Day!

Cricket St Thomas Golf Club (CTS) hosted a successful and heartfelt Kev Mooney Memorial Day earlier this month, raising an incredible £2,153.50 for TASC.

The annual memorial competition welcomed 94 players, alongside fundraising activities including a raffle, donations, and homemade sausage rolls baked specially for the occasion. Combined with ongoing support through the event’s JustGiving page, the day raised a remarkable total in support of ambulance staff, volunteers and their families.

Organised by CST Club Captain Kev Barry, the event was described as a truly memorable day for everyone involved. Adding to the occasion, one of Kev Mooney’s closest friends won the competition.

Kev Barry said:

“To say it was a great day would be an understatement — and to cap it all one of his best friends won the competition as well.”

TASC would like to thank Kev Barry, everyone at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club, all players, donors and supporters who helped make the event such a success.

Fundraising events like this help TASC continue to provide mental health support, financial assistance, crisis services, and wellbeing resources for members of the ambulance community across the UK.
