The Ambulance Staff Crisis Phoneline opening hours
The Ambulance Staff Crisis Phoneline will remain available 24/7 throughout the festive period (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day), to offer immediate and ongoing support for UK ambulance staff experiencing suicidal thoughts.
The service is completely independent, confidential and run by qualified counsellors who have experience supporting blue light workers. If you need help:

TASC’s office building and phoneline will be closed for several days over the festive period. See below for more detailed information:
Monday 23rd December 2024
Open as normal – 9am – 5pm.
Tuesday 24th December 2024
Office and phonelines closed from 12pm.
Wednesday December 25th December 2024 – Friday 27th December 2024
Office and phonelines closed.
Monday 30th December 2024 – Wednesday 1st January 2025
Office and phonelines closed.
Thursday 2nd January 2025 onwards
Open as normal – 9am – 5pm.
