TASC Chair Sue Noyes is going to be taking on an additional role from next January when she will become the inaugural Chair of the newly formed Coventry College.

The new further education institution, created from the merger of Henley College and City College earlier this year, will house more than 10,000 students.

Sue, who joined TASC after spending two and a half years as Chief Executive of the East Midlands Ambulance Service, said:

“I am absolutely delighted to be asked to take on the role of Chair of the new Coventry College. It will be a real privilege to work alongside the staff, students, employers and our local community colleagues to make the College a place we can all be proud of – and I am really looking forward to the opportunity.”

Sue, who is a Chartered Accountant by background, has enjoyed a variety of roles in the NHS, the private sector, and as a Trustee in charities.

Aside from her role as Chair at TASC, she also holds a number of other positions, including a Lay Member at South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group where she focusses on patient and public engagement.

In addition, Sue is a qualified coach and is building her own business, supporting those in the charity and public sector.
